The international conference: Translation and Translators in the Colonial Context: Roles, Functions, and Narratives
As part of Algeria's commemoration of the seventieth anniversary of the outbreak of the Revolution of November 1, 1954, the Translation and Terminology Research Unit (URTT), affiliated with the Center for Scientific and Technical Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC), is organising the international conference titled "Translation and Translators in the Colonial Context: Roles, Functions, and Narratives." The event will take place on November 5 and 6, 2024, at the center’s headquarters in USTO, Oran.
