Fouad Nouar is a permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology. His work focuses on socialization institutions and their training systems. His latest scientific publications examine the career outcomes of university graduates, as well as youth and the issue of recognition. He is currently a member of the research team "Trainers of Higher Teacher Training Schools in Algeria: Sociological Profiles."

Tarek SAOUD is a permanent researcher at the Centre for Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) in Oran, Algeria. He holds the rank of Research Professor A and is affiliated with the Division of “Anthropology of Education and Training Systems.” His field of specialization is anthropology, with a particular interest in social sciences. His research focuses mainly on issues related to education, youth, university trajectories, and social dynamics in Algeria. He has participated in several research projects, including a study on stakeholders’ representations of the school textbook, as well as a project devoted to students’ future plans at the University of Oran. He has also contributed to research projects on tourism in Constantine and Béjaïa. He is also the author of scientific contributions published in specialized social sciences journals, particularly the journal Insaniyat, where his research addresses topics such as young university graduates, student trajectories, and identity and social issues in Algeria.
