Biography
Permanent Researcher at the Center for Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) in Oran, and Research Professor, Doctor in Modern and Contemporary History. She is interested in the history of the national movement and the Algerian revolution, as well as questions of memory, through her participation in several research projects within the institution, the most significant being the project: Memory and Social Change in Algeria in the Dominant Discourse among Categories of Youth (2011-2018).
She is currently working on themes related to memory and sites of memory, and is also a member of a project on the actors of the national movement in Algeria and their trajectories. Furthermore, she has published several articles on memory and history among youth.

Biography
A Director of Research at the Centre for Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) in Oran (Algeria), she specializes in information and communication sciences. Her work focuses on media and communication studies, in both their traditional and digital dimensions, utilizing historical, political, sociological, and anthropological approaches. She currently leads an institutional research project within CRASC entitled: 'Dictionary of Personalities and Events in Algeria during the Period 1945–1954: Press, Health, and Education'. As part of a previous research project conducted at the same center, she examined the evolution of themes addressed in Amazigh language textbooks at the middle and secondary education levels. Her research thus lies at the intersection of media studies, language policies, and educational issues in Algeria.
