Noureddine Kherani is a research associate and permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC). Affiliated with the "Anthropology of Education and Training Systems" research division, his work focuses on lawyers' perceptions of Khul' (wife-initiated divorce), based on case studies in Oran. This study is part of the institutional research project entitled: "Divorce, Parenting, Stigmatization, and Social Changes."

Nawel Saadi is a permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) and a Senior Researcher (Grade B). Affiliated with the "Anthropology of Education and Training Systems" research division, she specializes in work and organizational psychology. Her research interests encompass labor, women's employment, childhood, employment policies, institutional management, and quality assurance. Fouad Nouar is a permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology. His work focuses on socialization institutions and their training systems. His latest scientific publications examine the career outcomes of university graduates, as well as youth and the issue of recognition. He is currently a member of the research team "Trainers of Higher Teacher Training Schools in Algeria: Sociological Profiles."

Moustapha Medjahdi is a permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology. His research interests revolve around youth and their relationship with employment, migration, and information and communication technologies. He also focuses on early school leaving and violence in school environments.

Permanent Researcher at the Center for Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) in Oran, and Research Professor, Doctor in Modern and Contemporary History. She is interested in the history of the national movement and the Algerian revolution, as well as questions of memory, through her participation in several research projects within the institution, the most significant being the project: Memory and Social Change in Algeria in the Dominant Discourse among Categories of Youth (2011-2018).
She is currently working on themes related to memory and sites of memory, and is also a member of a project on the actors of the national movement in Algeria and their trajectories. Furthermore, she has published several articles on memory and history among youth.

Historian, researcher and Research Director at the CRASC (Oran) , ‘Socio-anthropology of History and Memory division, and deputy editor-in-chief of the journal Insaniyat.

A Research Director at the Center for Research in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC) in Oran, Algeria, he specializes in religious philosophy. He also served as director of the same center from 2017 to 2021, and as director of the National Institute for Research in Education under the Ministry of National Education from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, he worked as a research expert for a knowledge transfer project with the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities from 2014 to 2015. His research focuses primarily on religious discourse, education, and citizenship in Algeria. He has authored around thirty scientific articles published in international and Algerian journals, as well as in collective volumes, and has participated in over eighty national and international conferences and seminars. He is a member and consultant for several national and international bodies, including the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA, Dakar, Senegal), the Arab Council for the Social Sciences, and the International Network for the Study of Arab Societies (Beirut, Lebanon).

Siham Boukhanouche is a permanent researcher at the Research Centre in Social and Cultural Anthropology. She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology (Doctoral School of Anthropology, University of Oran 2). Her research interests focus on work, economic enterprises in the public and private sectors, and organizational management and governance.

A Research Director in Sociology and Social Sciences, specializing in urban and territorial studies. Head of the Cities and Territories Division, contributing to research on social dynamics, urban development, and territorial planning.
