Marvels of Travels and Subtleties of News

To establish the second part of *ʿAjāʾib al-Asfār* (“The Marvels of Travels”), we relied on a third manuscript copy, designated by the letter “Jīm” (ج). This copy was transcribed by Sīdī Muḥammad al-Zayyānī and comprises 105 folios. The page dimensions are 160 × 215 mm. Written in Maghribi script, its handwriting is less legible than that of copies “A” and “B”; the ink used is black. The manuscript also contains marginal annotations. As for its final folio, it is partially damaged, which prevented us from determining the complete date of its transcription (“30 Rabīʿ al-Awwal …”).
