What Trainings for Which Jobs in Algeria?

Today, training constitutes a major stake in acquiring the know-how and skills necessary for practicing and adapting to a professional activity. It is theoretically equated with a process of improving employability. Conceived as such, it is implemented in connection with the socio-economic and cultural objectives of public policies. From this perspective, its scope appears broad and, for a better understanding of its stakes, requires a relatively fine analysis that accounts for its links with public, employment, and education policies. The first question we raise at this level is that of the socio-economic changes that have occurred since 2000 and their impact on training and employment in Algeria."
